PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG TO ANY ACO PILOTS YOU MAY KNOW!!!

The following was forwarded to me from Alistair Staunton regarding claims against the company in Bankruptcy court:

"... There are some former ACO pilots out there that are now employed by other ALPA carriers. As such, they are no longer able to access the ACO MEC membership pages via the ALPA intranet. Without this access, these members are not able to file claims for unpaid vacation/sicktime/grievance money/etc.

Please indicate to them that if they don't have access to this page any longer, we need their Name, ALPA # to "turn" it on so they can file the paperwork by the deadline of March 28th!"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

ALPA has reached an agreement with the Company under which ALPA will file a single bankruptcy claim for all pilots for claims based on our collective bargaining agreement with Independence Air. That includes claims for unpaid wages, vacation pay or sick leave time, as well as grievances. (It does not include other non-contract claims you may have against the Company). To preserve your claim we need you to tell us how many hours pay you were owed and your rate of pay using the form below.

This form needs to be completed by March 28, 2006 in order to process the information in time.
