If JO is for it, I guarantee you're about to get screwed! Read the new TA thoroughly voting for signing it and educated the new guys on the property(the ones who have voting rights)! No more "to the extent possible" BS...

If you can get Angelo M to vote yes, I'd say it's a decent contract.

This unconventional bargaining method resulted in a short-term agreement with scheduling and quality of life improvements, including more days off, a true definition of scheduled or actual, and implementation of a Preferential Bidding System (PBS) that will allow the pilots to have more control over their schedules

The definition of scheduled vs actual never mattered. Pay was based on segment time. Will they pay block or better, duty and trip rigs, full pay for dhds? PBS isn't a good thing in most cases.
