I dont have a problem with the captains pay being seperated we choose the type we want to fly.The fo`s for the most part do not, unless they were some of the group that bid over to the 900.

It hasn't been published yet, but classes start every 2 weeks. So, if in keeping with past practices the other November class will probably be on Nov. 17. Things will get weird in December because of the holidays, but in general classes start every other Monday.

I got the thanks, but no thanks email. Should I just leave my apps in there and wait for an eventual phone call? Or should I take it down and re-submit sometime later. And if I should do the latter, is there any time limit (like 6 month embargo for people who failed interviews at some companies).

How long did it take for you to get the e-mail from your time of submission?

I'm just curious if anyone knows of anyone who got a job at an airline after a 6-month wait? I don't know one way or the other. I guess I just always assumed that a one time "no thanks" was a forever "no thanks" and the airlines just said the 6-month thing to make it seem nice. Southwest excluded. just curious.

I'm in the same boat...applied exactly 3 weeks ago...I was even so gutsy as to call HR...the recorded message indicated that they would not answer questions regarding the status of an application. A friend of mine did; I believe he recently received the "thanks, but no thanks."
