Any good reason a Republic 170 painted in Frontier colors would be doing practice approaches at Palm Springs today? According to FlightAware its not the only place they're visiting...

codeshare between Republic airways holding and Alaska airlines? Just means the Alaska guys better start job hunting.... before RAH does to them what they did to Midwest. |
what was that give them enough cash to keep operating for a few more months while they reorganize their buisness? not to continously beat a dead horse but there is not one other regional out there that wouldnt have done what republic did. yes it sucks for pilots both regional and mainline. the problem is some where mainline managment decided it was ok to subcontract work to other people.

and there lays the problem.... so long as the pilots themselves think like this we will never get anywhere as a profession. |

It's just testing for Honeywell, they have a mx center there in DVT. The rumor is it's for the new software load coming down the pipeline. |
