IF you didn't get the job, you have to wait 6 months before you reapply. Otherwise, just keep updating. Sounds like classes are planned every 2 weeks until the spring. IF you have less than 600/50 I'd bet it's virtually impossible to get an interview. They've been interviewing people with all sorts of time and backgrounds. Just because you're not 121 doesn't mean you're counted out.

Is there someting preventing appliing before 6 months or are they told to reapply in 6 months?

I would also add if you don't have any SIGNIFICANT changes to your resume, you shouldn't reapply. I.E. you got an extra 50 hours CFIing, update your resume, but don't reapply.
