What are you times? Just want to get an idea of what they're hiring with...are they hiring to put you in HYA?

I just handed them my resume at a recent career expo they said 1000/100 for times and will put you in the Caribbean for now then move you north. Seems like a good gig, I'm crossing my fingers on it.

I got news for you, you'll still be at the bottom of the list at the next crappy company with even lower pay, and god knows how long the upgrade3 will be at the other company as well. The times of spending a few years flying commuters and moving on to bigger things is over. You're in it for the long haul, might as well save the seniority.

Ok, but if you change your mind and move on, leave your avatar.

I applied to Cape Air with 950/160. Got shut down :(. But I guess I'll update them when I break 1000 total.

I've got 1520/800. Applied with 1400. I'm pretty sure they're looking for 1200tt as their mins, cause they'll train you as a captain and put you on the mail runs. Pm if you want any info on the interview or anything else

What about training and base? Thanks.

smithee6 11-13-2008 08:28 PM

training is in hyannis mass, and i believe is roughly 4-6 depending on class size etc. Bases are everywhere but most of the operations are in the carib during the winter months... for the best info go to www.flycapeair.com and click on pilot jobs
