Are those times for an "interview", or do they actually hire people who don't have an affirmative action ticket?

If they hire a large percent of the interns at 350 hours, it's probably worth it. But get your CFI anyway.

I know a former ASA intern (White and Male) that recently got hired there with about 500tt and less than 50 multi. I believe they will guarantee you an interview at some point also.

Well, had the interview tonight... lasted about 10 minutes just like UNDPilot said. Short and sweet. Mostly HR questions. Should know something soon. Thanks for the help!
