Memo out today. Pass benefits going up to $103.75 a year for individuals and $211.25 a year for families. Oh and this is the same S3C on mainline that gets you on behind mainline new hires, retirees, and parents. Plus we have to pay to fly on our own airline. So basically, we're paying more for nothing.
Thanks for another kick in the teeth, Delta. Good luck staffing your flights when all the RJs hauling in your commuting crew members from Florida are suddenly weight limited! How is that any different from now? |

You sure have all the answers, don't you. It seems YOU don't get it.
I can talk to my management, union, or anyone else I want. DELTA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ME OR WHAT I THINK. So I will no longer care about them, their employees, or their passengers. |

Can't you get positive-space or at least a higher non-rev priority through your chief pilots office for emergency situations? |

Your argument makes about as much sense as watching Pink Floyd's "The Wall" sober.
Skywest has the same new deal with the Delta nonrev benefit. It's a bit of a tough choice for me, as I hardly ever travel on Delta. More than anything, I use the ZED fare benefit, and I believe we piggyback on Delta's agreements.

Yep, as a Skywester, if you haven't paid the fee you can't jumpseat out of SLC.

I've heard that the gate agents (in SLC anyway) won't even provide you with a jump seat request card unless you've paid the fee. (Not personally verified.)

Consider it verified. When they first started charging us, many of our ASA commuters didn't pay and tried to jumpseat to work on ASA. The Delta agents refused to check them in for the jumpseat, because "Delta's Policy" is to use your PPR number for the jumpseat. If you don't pay, your PPR comes up invalid, and you get denied the jumpseat... on your own airline. Nice huh?

Does anyone know when Compass, Mesaba and Pinnacle get DAL pass beni. NWA pass beni are pretty much garbage, I would much rather pay the fee and have my family fly on DAL by themselves than having to babysit my own family.

Again, find me an airline that doesn't charge an annual pass. I don't like it anymore than you but it is what it is.
