I don't think they feel they should be treated diffrently due to their location either, but I do think that because Aloha serviced their community for so long, were so close knit and treated their employees with respect and dignity it is that much more of a slap in the face to watch their name go to the man that just months prior burried it.....unethlicly.....

Your post which criticizes others fails on the merits of accuracy. It was Hawaiian Airlines who JO stole proprietary data from. Aloha's lawsuit contended on the much more difficult to prove "predatory pricing" only. Which probably explains why it had such a smaller settlement amount. I don't think what we did in HI was right or ethical, and I'm amazed we're making a profit after all the millions JO wasted there but he only stole proprietary data from one of them. |
