You are a tool. That's obvious. Your statement means nothing. You know nothing about the aviation industry. Thank you for proving my point with this post.
Your statement is like saying "If McDonalds would just go out and hire highly experienced CEO's and high powered businessmen with years and years of experience to flip their burgers then maybe that would require the pay and QOL to increase in order to attract those types of workers" (If that statement seems ridiculous, it is..just like your posts)...ha ha... It's funny to even consider taking your point seriously. Once again...waste of time. Go away....You know nothing. :p

Calm down there turbo, he has a point. The expierence required to get any given position depends on those available. When there aren't alot of high time pilots on the street of course less-expierenced pilots will be flying 121. McDonalds would require all thier burger flippers to have culinary training if there were that many qualified applicants on the street looking that low for a job. Just because you got hired with low time does not mean he is trying to attack you.

I want some of whatever you've been smoking.

Check your facts again... the average legacy FO does have more time, much more time, than the average regional CA. Are there exceptions, yes; but the article was about the general state, not all.

Nope, I won't calm down. I am sick and tired of this perception and it's wrong. I will not entertain his or your ideas. It's wrong and I will not step down. It is an attack on all of the highly qualified low time pilots. I won't stand for it. He does not have a point. First year FO's with 30,000 hours and 20 years of flight experience will NEVER EVER EVER earn more money than a first year FO with 500 hours and no 121 experience. After hearing this over and over and over it gets old and I'm tired of staying silent.
