Pre-merger, yes. But pre-bankruptcy, no.
I haven't seen Montana, Nevada, Colorado, or California since Comair went BK in 2005.

I haven't seen Montana, Nevada, Colorado, or California since Comair went through a sham BK in 2005.

There you go. I fixed it for you.

Normally, I would agree with you, acl65, but this is brand new nonstop service for this Summer. Normally, people would have to stop in SLC to get to Billings and then get stuck on an RJ anyway from SLC to BIL. At least it's a nonstop RJ now! It should be a nonstop mainline aircraft, though!

I thought DL used to run a B738 between ATL-BIL during the summer? Either way, I already feel bad for the pax on that RJ flight.

Ya! That's one dang long flight to be on an RJ! When I used to fly for Skywest, we would do SLC to YYZ on the -900 which is just a little longer than Billings.

You must have not ever flown on a CRJ before. Blood flow to the legs will end about 2.5 hours into the flight.

I've spent MORE than my fair share of commuting on RJ's, thank you! I've been commuting and dead heading on them for over eight years! Don't you know that in Canada hot air descends and cold air rises?

My post was to point out that fact that the passengers at least don't have to switch planes in SLC. They might need a wheelchair when they get off in BIL, but at least they get a nonstop flight!
