Don't think of them as 'jumpseats', think of them as 'cruise pilot' seats. The 380 is designed for long-haul ops only. On most 380 flights (and 74, 340, etc) their is a need for seating for up to 4 pilots per leg.

To me, I only see 1 possible seat open on most flights, and if you want to sit in that for 12+ hours, then have @ it. I'd rather have a seat in coach with the inflight entertainment system.

Yes you are correct, no more exist. Hitler had two originals,, but they were destroyed due to Allied bombing.

Where did you get this? There are rules governing Cat II and Cat III approaches and landings addressed in each airlines ops specs. Normally a Cat II or III approach is flown via the autopilot with an autoland (if applicable). At a lot of airlines the SIC actually is the PF and the PIC monitors the approach until DH at which point he/she assumes the landing and rollout. Cat II and III approaches are very specific in who does what when, callouts, and reasons to execute a GA.
