The conference call was interesting. They kept talking about PNCL being very heavy on pilots.

are you talking about the call on 3/5? they have been saying that for the last 3 years i have been here.

Exactly, I'm sure there is a statement such as "This report contains many forward looking statements any of which could change...blah blah blah blah"

They have to mention the contract as it will have an effect on the business and the shareholders have a right to know. They probably have mentioned it in someway shape or form in the previous filings.

Understaffed is properly staffed in mismanagements mindset. As much as I hate to admit it because I am one of the displaced CA's, we might have enough CA's, FO's are a different story. We are short FO's.

The big caveat to all this is that I am talking about the here and now.......throw a new contract into the mix and it could be a completly different story.

PNCL guys,

This is nothing more than full discloser required by the SEC. Any and EVERYTHING that could have an affect on an investment in the company is required by law.

I hope you get your contract soon but do NOT confuse this with the reality of what it is.

*BTW, I've had to write many of these documents and filings in a previous life.

We will not get a contract until the final second of the final minute of the final hour of the final day of the 30 day cooling off period whenever that happens. Then there will be road shows and we will get to see what we vote on. That is the day I hope to take back everything bad i have said about the union and I hope i have a bunch of pro alpa people tell me how much i suck. Honestly, i hope that does happen. My prediction, October of this year.
