A possible metered flow for Eagle?

A possible metered flow for Eagle?
So I was talking to another colleague about the flow... and yes we all read that "IF" the flow would cause Eagle ops a disruption in service then it would meter flow as low as 20 a month indefinitely.... OK we all know that.... But as of right now this flow is NOT causing a disruption.
This is what I believe the company is gearing up for to make PBS happen right now with no caveats added to PBS like I think we deserve: Duty riggs and something like "Flicka" to trip trade drop swop stuff.
~ Don't upgrade current senior FOs now, so that it appears to be a capt shortage as The senior Capt move to AA in the near future
~ Block OT for the whole month, like they did all this month and last (majority wise)
~ Even though they were going to get rid of all the EMB140s this year, hold onto them to help show how short staffed they are and then when the PBS deal goes through, get rid of them as planned.
I'm just throwing this out there for people to discuss. I believe that PBS would be good for the company and the pilot group as a whole but I think that some key negotiating can still happen regarding Duty Riggs and what not.... I feel the company is ready to bluff and delay the flow for awhile to get what they want. Just some thoughts...

I understand what you're saying... We spent the last 20 years bargaining for this contract and by implementing PBS we lose all of that hard work! Just was pointing out a possible strategy the company may be pulling in order to drive PBS through... Show that the company is in "disruption mode" slow the flow... Promise quicker flow if we vote in PBS- convince the seniors to vote for it just to get out faster!!

PBS is all about the work rules, our PBS LOA sucks. Good Software, bad work rules. I think the other 364 days in the year and my pay are more important than the chance that PBS might get me Christmas off.
