Something about improper boroscope tracking..........60+ 200's grounded

Trip7 03-31-2009 06:29 PM

Hey guys look up! Guluible is written on the ceiling! Wonder what day is tomorrow?

atlmsl 03-31-2009 06:35 PM

No it's true. Just heard from scheduling. Around 60 200's grounded. Flights have already been canceled. Check your schedules.

Pansk 03-31-2009 06:39 PM

anyone have anything canceled yet? I'm really hoping not to go to work tomorrow.

I'm thinking true since if you check under real time performance it shows around 60 cancels due to 'engine'

atlmsl 03-31-2009 06:43 PM

Yeah, it's an engine records problem. Latest from scheduling is that they are ferrying the affected airplanes around tonight and the problem should be "taken care of" by tonight. Good luck...

The 5:45am flight DSM-ATL tomorrow was cancelled. I was going to non-rev on that flight.
