Keep in mind even if you were 8 in the Jan 7th class, she has to get a firm 3 rejections from the Dec 3rd class. One of whom is in ATC school right now, one who is in Africa and another whom will think about it before accepting or bypassing due to a child on the way. All in all give it time and she will call you if you are getting the letter.

Secondly, if John got a letter Capt it probably means its true. In addition to I am in training right now and also know its been true. In addition to me saying the other day the calls would come today. Get the sense I might know a little? Not much, but I can confirm it is the case. No BS and messing with people about this issue.

I was just waiting for ONE other person to get the nod (which I have) before I got all worked up. You know how well stuff on APC can be trusted. Plus I got all excited when I got a letter from PSA until I opened it, anyone can make a mistake.

I can tell you, I know the three in my class (Dec 3rd) will bypass again. So start from JF on the seniority and if you sit within that you will eventually get a call. I will say the two from your class (Jan 7th) who are in my class got told at the last second. Spoke with both today in lenght and they both mentioned they found out about a week or so before the class. Best of luck!

I got that same cobra letter in the mail. Right after JF let me know he got recalled. Excellent news again man.

Well if those 3 have indeed bypassed and I know someone a couple spots ahead of me that is not coming back so I'd be 8 (I hope!). I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

There are still quite a few furloughs to bring back. Then they have to burn through the pool. Plus PSA has been collecting resumes since they first furloughed. On the other hand they updated the mins on the page. I think they were 1000TT 500ME and 121 experience or CRJ class.

Published mins are still CMEL/IA, valid 1st Class medical, etc. but the competitive mins are those listed above. Lets get the guys on furlough back first, still a long way to go until we see some hiring I would imagine! Congrats to those on furlough.

Maybe they should. An ATP should be the minimum for working at an airline. Then the starting pay would be higher.

Yeah just like a major. Oh wait starting pay at a major could be as low as $25.
