AS does too. I had a buddy jumpseating from LAS-PDX who had just rec'd his new ATP with english endorsement (total waste of time, but that's another post). Our system's license date (old ATP) didn't match his new one, and they denied him. I was right there to vouch for him, but until he was able to get the old date from his company, it was not gonna happen.

I JS on Horizon/Alaska all the time and they always ask me for my passport and my pilot cert.

On Delta mainline I have never been asked for my passport. Only on the feeders.
