Another RAH 190 thread? Isn't there anything better to discuss than this? 50 seat aircraft should have been the limit on regional/commuter lift, but it's not and who's to blame?

Anyway, believe it when you see it.

[quote=utedrummer;604067]No it wouldn't, everyone here knows for a fact that the size of aircraft we fly is directly related and in opposition to the size of BBs, umm, "ego". We simply have to get the biggest planes we can to help him justify himself.

Isn't that the same as "inversely related to"?

just sayin'

Not Stamford I live in the next town over from there GE Commercial Aviation Services has offices in downtown Stamford, no airport you prob mean BDL where the Embraer facility is. Interested to see bout the E-190's though cuz I been hearing rumors for yrs bout you folks getting them.

There are restrictions to the Midwest codeshare, as well as the turboprops. The turboprops are weight limited as well.

Restrictions with Midwest? I bet former err...furloughed MEH Pilots would have a thing or three to say about that. Guaranteed there's a will with BB...and I'm sure he could find a way.

Not sure if anybody mentioned it earlier, I cant read through 5 pages of BS but anybody know how a publicly traded company works? They don't just pass by airplanes sitting on a ramp, see a for sale sign with a phone number on it and just buy them. A large capital investment like an AIRPLANE is something the shareholders would probably like to know about. Oh and the few RAH people that are drooling over the 190's on here, get a hold of yourselves and stop making it so obvious.
