Toss the backpacks and buy some decent luggage.

The fact he flys for the regional side means he cant look good.

Youre an idiot.
You both sound like you have never been to an airport. I have seen more pilots with IPODs in the majors than in the regionals in the last month, who cares? And because of the complaining on this internet forum from one or two people, I started looking for wrinkled shirts/pants/blazers to see what all the fuss is about: Turns out its 1 out of 3 pilots, and in all regionals and majors. I wonder if any of those people have reduced rest overnights that allow 4 hours of sleep. No, probably not.

Thank you by the way for playing police officer and solving all of our REAL problems.

I've never seen any of my co-workers walking through the airport with an MP3 player on.

So you think I am immature for saying "dude" when you tell someone to come back to the realworld because he cares what he looks like with shined shoes and a pressed shirt?

If you think you need to look like garbage in your uniform for the fact you dont get paid 100 000 a year to fly around makes me think you need to give your head a shake..... dude.

Attitudes like yours are what gives some of us pilots a bad name. You want the public to put some faith in who is up front then look and act like you deserve that faith and respect for that matter.

I dont care if a mainline pilot has spiked hair or has an ipod get over it that is what they wanna do then good for them. I doubt that same pilot whines and complains everyday his job sucks and he definitely doesnt tell people to come back to the realword for having an ironed shirt.

Slow down and read. I said take off your blindfold and look around the airport for pilots without wrinkled shirts.

Nobody is putting a gun to your head forcing you to be at work everyday.

If it is so miserable for you then quit...
I hate listening to this!! Just because the pay was bad when we started, doesn't mean we should just sit by and accept it. I'm going to do what I can to improve this career for me, my fellow pilots, and those pilots who come after me. I'm not going to quit and change careers, because I'm too lazy to better my career.

Not so well spoken from someone who told everyone in another thread if they dont like their work rules or pay to quit so you can move up. Once you have been here long enough and you try to push for better work rules to improve your industry, there will be another greedy little pilot like yourself waiting to say "You knew what you were going to be paid, if you dont like it, then quit so I can have your job." And again, nothing will be gained by any of us.

Um, I already have a job, why would I want someone elses job at a different connection carrier.

Also did I say quit so I could move up? No I didn't thanks for the assumptions. All I am saying is ya hate it so much quit and find a new job.

Or maybe you might like collecting unemployment like a lot people are. Look on the brightside at least you have a job.
