My guess would be they're wondering why most employees really don't like working here. This, of course, being despite being 'simply the best.' It'll be one great big group hug....and a bunch of lip service on how things are improving. Or maybe the low moral is from the lack of quality leadership (could also be described as any leadership). We have the heavy-handed upper echelon in the brain-factory.....then, we move down the food chain to the middle managers who are simply the minions imposing the will of the brain trust.

But hey, what do I know. This is merely speculation......who knows, perhaps everyone at CJC is thrilled and enjoys working under poor work rules and payrates.

Go easy there big fella.......it's sarcasm. Besides, it just might be accurate. I know mgmt has asked the ALPA leadership what can be done to improve moral w/in the pilot group. Because it's pretty bad at the moment.....at least it is in EWR. Most pilots I've talked to don't have much faith in the 'leadership' around here.

I hear they will be giving free sunshine to some pilots today...YEAH! And we are all good enough, smart enough, and dog gone it, oh nevermind...

Leave it to Colgan to have a breaking news conference call, just to announce something that was already public knowledge.
