Default Colgan Headquarters moving to MEM?

Just witnessed a lot of their "SOC" job openings are now reflecting MEM....I presume that they are moving their headquarters to be with their parent company PINNACLE. Is this true? Also, if so, are they still going to operate as two totally different companies or are they going to merge? Will Colgan still do its own hiring for their pilots and Vice-versa?

They had this plan since mid 2008. To be honest I was not surprised.

My theory is that Colgan will be to Pinnacle much like Freedom Airlines is to Mesa. But that is just my theory.

They issued a memo saying the plan is to have everything moved to MEM by the end of the year. They only thing staying in Manassas is HR.

Well Am I screwed if I use to fly for Pinnacle and now I'm interested in applying with Colgan (since Pinnacle now owns Colgan) ? Or are they still operating as two totally different companies under the same umbrella?

Well... Yes aaaaannnnnnddddd No to your first question. To be honest, I really don't think Colgan would be looking at any old records from PNCL (except PRIA of course). The bigger issue is we're not hiring right now, maybe after the new year. Good luck to you.
