I really hope for everyone involved that you get top pay rates for the 190. The problem is bb didn't buy two airlines with the intention of handing out top pay rates.

Umm...you may think you're helping, but we know we have leverage. Thus, the reason why we withdrew our compensation section of contract negotiations and will be resubmitting them to the company. We will gladly let it go to an arbitrator if it need be, though I'm afraid that the Airways 190 payscale is going to hurt us.
Then you can spend the rest of your career watching your six for the next group willing to work for peanuts.

You and I know damn well Bedford won't agree to arbitration on this, especially if you are requesting proper compensation. He will test your mettle and you will have to walk to prove you are serious. On that day you will earn back some of the respect that you have, as a group, lost over the last year.

Having talked to half a dozen friends of mine from Shuttle..... if given the LEGAL chance to walk over this mess... have no doubts.... they will shut the place down.
