All are challenging to ATL if you are Delta Connection. You would not believe how many DL retirees there are in FL (like, all of them!) and they tend to only list the night before a flight.
MCO, FLL, MLB are your best bets in order. MLB/DAB are very difficult due to the large number of RJs on the route. MCO has lots of AirTran flights as well and they are likely to treat you better than DL.
Good luck.

MCO-ATL commute is somewhat of a double-edged sword. Although there are many flights throughout the day to choose from, there are many other crew members looking to go the same direction.
I would see what the parking situation is out of MLB since it is closer to Sebastian. Since MLB is an ASA flight, you would have priority on your own airline. Otherwise MCO isn't a bad option with the frequency of flights.

A friend of mine here at ASA commutes out of MLB, she doesnt really have that much of a problem except during spring break and sometimes summer. Plus Sebastian to MLB is 20-25 minutes! Have fun surfing the inlet!

It's a tough commute. I did it myself for about a year. Between Airtran and Delta (MCO-ATL) they have a flight pretty much on the hour, every hour, but can assure you, every man and his dog is going to be on the plane and the J/S will be occupied but a Delta mainline pilot. It was tough about 2 years ago, I can only think it'll be harder now.
