I don't know what the range on a Saab is, but a couple of those legs look a bit too long to be on a Saab. SLC to DFW?

I know thats what I was thinking... My first thought was when I heard about this I was thinking these might replace a few Brasilias in SLC... But none of the flights on flightaware are bro destinations

More like 900 or 200 destinations. Absolutely 900 routes but the newest union release hinted at 200 crews needed in SLC. I didn't know we had 200's operating out there.

It is not the 340.

Well looking deeper into the flights on flightaware it does look like its CRJ900s but for whatever reason if you search SLC airport, they show sf340, but when you click on it its a crj900.. go figure

from Dec 14 to Jan 4th delta has requested a bigger presence for Mesaba in SLC for holiday travel and nothing more, it is going to be a short term base for 2 and 1/2 weeks with maintenance, management and reserves living out of hotels there...yes there will be a few 200's there...12 XJ 900's to be exact

Not only long but who would fly on them? AMR and SWA will take you on a jet in the high flight levels away from mountain turbulence. A SF340 would be abysmal on that route. Assuming it could make it nonstop. My money is that its a 900 route.

It is a 900, dispatch filed them wrong ( as a saab instead of a 900) and that's what showed up on flightaware.... there's no Saab's in SLC, hell there's barely any in Minneapolis...

Many of the Detroit cities are gone too.... Soon they will all be gone, just like the Avros.
