They won't EVER be at the levels they were previously. They may increase once we get a labor loving democrat in office, or much less, the democrats taking back control of Congress. But don't expect them to increase to recover the 30% losses you are going to experience now from previous generations. If they do recover, I'd expect a recovering of 10-15% of what was lost. Still not worth the stress, QOL, and dealing with a federal agency that could careless about you. Join the military, get the training from them, seperate, then seek a DoD civilian ATC'r job.
