It's OK. Georgia is a one-party notification state. Since you know about the recording, it is legal.

Im pretty sure only one party needs to be aware of the recording. Scheduling records all phone calls, but your not told you are being recorded when they call. You just know.

But if your uncertain, the next time you call the chief pilot let him know "this call is being recorded for quality assurance."

Remember in indoc they told us that all calls were recorded and again in the contract it states that all calls are recorded...theres the notification they need right there....just sayin:D

Look at the general info on page 1 of the bid package every month. That is your legal notification that your calls are being recorded for all states, since ASA pilots live in all 50 states. That said, in GA, you need not notify the other party that you are recording a call (assuming the call originates in GA). Most states, you do.

Very true. I had forgotten about that.

And as far as bid packages go, wouldn't know anymore since I've been F'd.:rolleyes:
