Great! Hopefully this shows mangement that there is a better way to run an airline! And none of our groups are going to fall for subpar contracts.

Because when I was ramprat we were represented by the International Association of Chemical and industrial engineers who agreed to become part of the Steel Workers. Which is better the International Association of Aerospace Workers and Machinists i guess.

Hub rats no, but look at the outstations that were OLD northwest guys with 10 to 20 years experience probably know a lot more about the ground side then you. Its been awhile for me but remember outstation crews usually do it all.
