I hope you aren't serious. You could be the worse pilot on the seniority list, and also be the most senior. You could also be the most junior, and be the best. Seniority has no impact on flying skill and/or decision making. Does experience? Yes. Does seniority? No.

Well I happen to consider having seniority being experienced, especially when you're talking about a carrier like Eagle, Comair, etc.

True, but at airlines like that, even the most junior FO has 3+ years and a couple thousand hours in the airplane. Point is, pilots can be as skilled or as unskilled as they want. Seniority is not a determining factor. A furloughed UAL pilot might be the most junior pilot at GoJet, but has loads more experience than someone senior to him.
Seniority determines how one bids, and not much more (egos maybe?).
