You guys are wasting your time with picketing. Whom do you hope to inform with your picketing? Management already knows what you think and they are thumbing their noses at you. The passengers who just bought the cheapest ticket they could find on expedia don't understand the industry and don't care.

You will all be better off if you all call in sick and fatigued (preferably at an outstation) and don't forget to write everything up you can find. It's pretty cold outside lately. You better start both engines at the gate and leave em running until you get to the next gate. You don't want them to get cold. Just in case a generator fails you better leave the APU running at all times. Better safe than sorry. Put some flaps out when below 10,000. You don't want to be late in configuring. Are we tracking yet?

You look retarded walking in circles! Management feels no shame. Colgans very existence is proof of this. Management only understands numbers. Make them hurt financially, then they will listen.

CA Tony...
nobody at pinnacle denies that this one round of picketing will not get us a contract or that management or the public give a rats behind about a bunch of pilots walking in circles. As you said, it rallies the troops....and you have no idea of the divide in this pilot group. Anything that brings us together even for a moment is a good thing, whether or not uncle phil is listening. From your first post it does make is sound as though you think we are idiots for giving up a day off to picket, without regards to the unity of rallying the troops, which is something this group desperately needs but you do not see...

It's one thing for 5 or 6 guys on a message board to talk the talk, but if a lot of guys show up to walk it's definately going to show that its seen as a lot more important than just 5 guys can make it seem.

That giant inflatable rat is embarrassing. Nothing screams immature, unskilled, replaceable, union workers like an inflatable rat.

Don't see engineers, doctors, lawyers, or any other highly skilled, professional group negotiating with one. I have no idea why ALPA thinks its even close to acceptable.

What kind of image are we trying to present here? I hope that rat doesn't show up to MEM on friday when you guys picket, or at any other ALPA picketing event ever again. Sure, it gets "attention" - it gets you laughed at.
