I said please do not post that on here... hardly hardly jumping on him. I do not want anybody to get the wrong idea. Yes this thread is for INFORMATION ONLY. I am in the NY area willing to offer rides to those who are willing to come in for the event.
I DO NOT want this to turn into another bashing thread...

My proof is that they still think 9e management is a bunch of good guys bargaining in good faith. How many times do you guys have to burn your hands on the oven to realize you are playing with fire and going to get burned again???

Mooney,

If Tinkerbell handed me a flyer, I'd believe it.

On a serious note, I don't know of anyone who doubts 9E when it's comes to how ruthless and low down your management is.

We just think that PNCL management needs this JCBA to happen.

So we are trying to make it happen.

There have been many instances where management led the pilot groups to believe they needed a contract to happen. At least annually. Even that game has been played time and time again.

The only thing they actually need is cheap labor without restrictive work rules. Think they're going to get that with a new contract?

I just don't buy into the notion that PNCL management will never agree to a contract, there has to come a point where they are better off with one and this is as good a time as any.

Ask me the question again in 3 months and see what I believe though.

You mean like the professional courtesy that your MEC guy displayed in that bashing email he sent out. What a joke.

So are we. We aren't picketing so we can pull out of the JCBA and let the whole process collapse. We are picketing to put pressure on management not to stall the process at all but to wrap it up and get a fair contract for all 3 pilot groups. This isn't a selfish 9e move, it's us understanding the management we've been dealing with for 6 years and trying to give them that last nudge to actually convince them to cross the finish line so that ALL the pilots at the new Pinnacle can benefit.

I hope it doesn't drag out for another 3 months. IMO, 1 more month is too long. If they NEED it like everyone seems to think they do, well, it should be done in a month. If they just "kinda need it," we're gonna get raked over the coals. Sure, they want the JCBA, but on their terms. We could have one tomorrow at the sacrifice of pay, health care and QoL. They'd be very happy with that.

Also, I can help with the Tinkerbell thing. Friend of mine is Tinkerbell at Walt Disney World. I could probably get her to hand out leaflets at a 9E picketing. :)
