I thought so. Thanks.

DAL is maxed out on 76 seaters, but there is still room for roughly 10 more 70 seaters after these.

I though that was before ASA added 4 of the QX 700's and SkyWest's purchase of 4 new 700's for DCI operations?

Most of us at the regionals wish you would and hope you will. FYI, very very few that I know of here welcome this news. And that extremely small percentage most likely hasn't been around long enough to understand the dynamic and consequences of domestic feed being outsourced. For all of us who still are passionate about this profession, please stand tough on scope in all future negotiations. Take it back little by little if that's what it takes.

The crj-700s are not 70 seats any more. So if the DAL agreement was a limit on airplanes with seats, then all those don't fall into the limit anymore.

Good point, how many seats do all the 700's that are being converted to first class have??

I believe the Delta scope has one category that includes all DCI aircraft with 51-70 seats. As such, the 65-seat CRJ700s have not moved to a new category.
