Well having two teenage boys involved in contact sports along with riding moto cross, wake boarding, and snow boarding we frequent the ER . I've been down the HRA path before and it wouldn't work for us. The OAP plan looks pretty good. Thanks for all of the info, maybe I'll see ya on the line.

For those of you immature first officers who voted NO to TA1, you have NO PLACE TO COMPLAIN - I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT.

Have fun flying a leg every now and then!!!

I wouldn't necessarily say the quote above is accurate.

Semi-Monthly Contribution Cost (per paycheck, we will go to twice monthly paydays)

FYI.....these numbers are not correct for the new contract....these are old pre-contract rates until march 31.

Actually, these numbers ARE correct starting April 1, 2011. You may be mixed up with the bi-weekly scale, which would show lower rates. However, as we transition to semi-monthly paychecks from bi-weekly checks the figures I posted will be the acutal deductions you'll see from your check.

Hopefully you are more thorough with your flying. The part you pasted about the bi-monthly cost is correct but the rest is wrong. The HRA plan you posted is wrong and there is no PLAN ONE for pilots. Those numbers you posted DON"T APPLY after March 31. There is two plans for pilots starting April 1st. A new HRA and OAP for pilots. Both different than the old stuff you posted that ends March 31, 2011. But you can go with what you put up if you want.
