Although an S4, I use all of my buddy passes each year and if you use them correctly they are a great tool. My brother uses them all the time to go to Europe. Business class roundtrip for around 350 bucks is a pretty good deal. Especially when I was with him and they oversold coach, leaving paying passengers behind while we as non-revs sat in business.

Gotta know how to work the system. Seniority helps.

Don't believe it includes SKYW. We are S3 on ASA and S3C everywhere else. SKYW has the same deal, however they ride S3C on ASA.

On the United side we travel equal with UAL on ASA planes and behind them on everyone else. We obviously have priority on the jumpseat on all our planes.

Do we get the same priority as UAL on expressjet airplanes?

Not sure. I know the JS goes XJT then ASA, don't know about the back.

You are right, I lied. I forgot I actually did send someone to europe and back with buddy pass. The trip to europe was no problem, however getting to/from ATL was a cluster. This was in early FEB with wide open loads. My parents have traveled some and of course they are S4 as well so they are not completely useless.

now if you're just curious all's well!

I am considering starting all over at a regional again to live in base and I was just wondering if they benefits could possibly be worse than we have with US AIR, seems about the same but we have buddy passes which I refuse to let friends have, I make them buy a ticket on southwest for almost cheaper for a guaranteed seat. Do Pinnacle pilots have priority on Pinnacle aircraft jumpseats? Also do pinnacle employees and dependents have priority on pinnacle seats inthe back over a mainline Delta pilot or their people?? thanks for the info

Pinnacle pilots have priority on their jumpseats. I haven't nonreved in forever but I believe Pinnacle employees and Delta employees are equal in the cabin on Pinnacle, it goes by DOH...

This is the norm as far as I know for all airlines. Cabin priority varies by airline and agreements between airlines.
