Default Need a copy of the SkyWest contract

Hi all,

We're performing an analysis of our pilot pay to those of other regionals.

Would any Skywest pilots be willing to pass on a copy of your current contract? Please feel free to pm me, and I can provide my credentials and contact information.

Thanks

Busch

You mean the post in notes that they write rough guidelines on?

Yeah, I'm not sure what it's called there. Ours was the the Flight Crew Policy handbook (FCPH) back before we were unionized.

Is there a pdf file that contains the work rules, or is it really just cut and pasted throughout the manuals?

Busch - I hope your also taking in the Colgan Q wages as in a few years they pass us up. Thanks for taking the time to do the research and put info together. I hope the negotiating committee gets your info.

You can ask SAPA for it. My experience is that Skywest (management at least) are very weary of handing that information out to just anyone.

By the end of our 5yr contract we (9L, soon to be XJ) will be the highest paid turboprop in the country.
Not bragging, just saying that Horizon has a great payscale, but we are slowly inching towards surpassing them. It'll be great for future contract negotiations for all airlines.

Call our screw support. They'll give you a minute by minute snapshot of the current "contract". Make sure to call every 5 minutes because that's how often they'll change it to meet their needs.

Our in house pilot group has a good relationship with MEC's at other airlines, I'm sure a formal request would get a copy of it.
