So does this mean that any of the bases and all the different aircraft will be open for anyone to bid for once the merger is totally done? you will be able to go from the Q to the rj and back? If this is the case this yields a lot of different options for you guys. I think pinnacolgsaba may have jumped to the top of my list of regionals i would like to work at. please any more info on this would be appreciated.

1. It depends on any restrictions in the actual list award. There could be fences on A/C or implementation time restrictions.
2. The company still has to deal with the FAA and all the training to simply move 3 certs into the 2.
3. If there are no fences and the company finishes up the transition there is the ability to move around. There are locks in the JCBA to prevent pilots from base hopping and equiptment changing all the time.

So yes, you should be able to move around, but the design of everything is to allow a pilot to progress through the equipment in different bases and into higher paying equip as time and seniority permits.

Like Higney said, the biggest question is fences, and we won't know until our integrated seniority list is out.

Some bases and aircraft will be very senior for a long time though (Mem, MSP)

Do you think BOS will be a junior base for the saab?
