Nonsense.. why would you ever want to give the country an opportunity to develop a steady state of tax revenue while at the same time reducing government spending on drug enforcement and prison systems while allowing a feasible solution to the pilotical brinksmanship that is our debt crisis? That's just dumb...
If only it were that simple we wouldn't have had to raise the debt ceiling. The main issue is proving an impaired driver on a traffic stop. Develop a test to be used on a roadside stop and you'll have it legalized.

How easy/hard is it to get tested positive from second hand smoke? I ask this because last year at a concert that "distinct" smell was coming from all over in the crowd, I ran out of the area holding my breath in fear of catching any of that stuff in my system..
