I agree with your statement, but it will never happen. Better to move on and leave this steaming heap for the lifers to enjoy.

As a SkyWest pilot i would have to say, no thanks.. If they would have done it when Inc. first bought ASA i would have been fine with it.. Not interested in a "messy 3 way".. I think we need to focus on not loosing any more flying to the bottom feeders first. Then "one list". Once those problems are gone then maybe we can revist the "one list" concept.

Childs would seem to disagree with you as he stated at the last hub huddle that they will take care of "their baby" first.

I'm just tired of paying union dues while Skywest benefits from it.

Really? Have any of you been paying attention to what has been happening with the 9E/XJ/9L goings on?

Remind me who flew 70 seat aircraft for the same rate as their 50 seat aircraft for the longest time?

Pot meet kettle.

Explain how SkyWest has any control over this?

YES and YES.....

We are the cause of our own lack of success in our careers. An education in business, finance, and economics would do wonderful things for pilots as a whole.

I'm not familiar with your track record so I don't mean to insult you here, but one liners like that are what internet rumors are built upon. If you've got a credible source, please share it, otherwise how do you expect to sway anybody's opinion?
