colgan questions

I have an class date from Pinnacle in a few weeks that I am assuming will get switched to Colgan in the sf340. Couple questions:

1) what are the junior bases?
2) would I expect to stay in the Saab, or switch to a crj in a year or so? (mostly for the pay)
3) should I just wait and go with Skywest in the crj class in late nov that I have also been offered?

1) IAD
2) Impossible to say. I wouldn't count on anything.
3) If you'd like.

What he said, not sure if this has happened before but remember Skywest has Tprops too which they could switch you too. Also pinnacle pays more first year...

If you have low time, you should wait for SKYWEST...most definitely!

Not low time.

True, but the sf34 is like 95-100% right now, while the emb at skywest is a much lower chance.

Btw, I don't have any problem flying a t-prop. I am just looking more at domiciles and post-1st year pay.

Here's a more appropriate question: Where do you live and what would be the easiest commute?

That is why I am thinking of waiting. I could get an ORD base with skywest and that would be a very easy commute for me.

Where do you live? I was under the impression ORD was shrinking for SkyWest.
