Wow 20 pages and it hasn't been released yet? I guess we might need another thread by the time the award gets posted last on next year!

So this will push the whole timeline back? I hope it takes them a month to figure it out, I like where I'm at right now. The longer I can stay out of the schoolhouse the better.

Half of us love where we are and know we are about to get bounced, the other half hate where they are and want those positions..... This entire company has become a craphole thanks to Phil T. May he spend eternity burning while someone tries to pee out the fire....

I think the problem is that Flyer, and others, are dealing with is the fear of what "Could be". Flyer (to my knowledge) is one who is slated for displacement on 11-08, but able to exercise his "super seniority" on 11-09. The difference between CA and FO is not something that needs an explanation, yet does require a tender touch to the fact that the emotional aspect of what could be "taken" after "earned" cannot be adequately expressed nor rationalized.

I feel I am also on the fence of losing my seat, and this "delay" is one I understand, yet do not appreciate. The "anxious fear" is not fun to see extended beyond an imposed deadline and psychological point transfixed in the mind of "I will know my fate on this day and time".

Everyone wants to see this done correctly, and done correctly the first time, but the delay is not something pilots understand. In an environment where being late costs money, and demands an explanation, there seems to be a negative effect on the new culture with chronic delays with awards that have an effect on every aspect of the world we live in.

A memo is a start, but there needs to be a new deadline set that is realistic and kept.

Avroman is right. Many have hopes, fears, and desires that encompass this award.

Time will tell.

Shouldn't take three days to fix a software glitch. What does FS do all day? There hasnt been a single thing put out by the company on time. What a clown shoe.
