Back in the early 2000's, a friend of a friend got a DUI on a PINK BARBIE POWER WHEELS!! He was in a fraternity, had too much to drink at a frat party, and was riding this power wheels around the yard/driveway/street of the frat house. Campus cop gave him a DUI. Is he an irresponsible menace to society? Should be be banned from professional employment for the rest of his life?

I think that is the reason for the DUI. Had he been cruising around on a big wheel or Mean Green machine he would have been OK. But a Barbie Power wheel? That shows extremely poor judgement.

Keys in your posession = DUI.

Disregard...

I know someone who got a DUI riding a bicycle. He fought it in court and lost. Luckily he's not a pilot.

I find it ironic that one of the banner ads in this thread (at least on my computer) is an advertisement to become a trucker for C.R. England.

Do you still have the name of that truck driving school? Truck Master, I think it is.
