I heard the F word being tossed around in OPs...rumor has it, after all this training in completed.

It was tossed around in 09 also, nothing happened. If anything, I would think we are goign to be properly staffed. All it take is one person to toss the word around within a day, everyone has heard it.

it must be getting close to the holidays since the furlough rumor is coming out. so the rumor is we will be furloughing after all the training is completed huh. That is a rumor that doesn't even make sense. All this training wont be finished till next winter. By then several hundred people will have already left here for greener pastures. Just look at all the people bailing out right now.

Huh? It makes perfect sense. The company will send all the junior guys who just got displaced to trainning. Once all that is done, they will get kick to the steets. :rolleyes:

That's an understatement of the year! He didn't just bone the junior boyzz. His failed negotiations and staple job proposal boned every single pilot at 9E.

Does anyone know how many days they are required to notify us of long term training? I have been awarded a class date and still have not heard anything and my class starts in 10 days.

We aren't furloughing unless we lose airplanes (as in a fleet).

My count is 16 resignations so far this month.

We still need pilots on the 9E side (mainly CA's).


Things should be good after 11-09 depending on major hiring and marketing changes.
