Default Latest Pinnacle/Mesaba/Colgan Vacancy

As with current fashion with all union and company communication, all the Vacancy move dates have been postponed. Didn't Menke mention something about improving communication in the latest conference call? Commitment to what?? I can't hear you??

So CREWTRAC had a base change on the schedules. Bid packs had moved accounted for, Pref Bid had moves account for. Now at the last minute the company retracts the move dates. Once again **** poor planning.

Menke is sure off to a good start. He can't figure this out, so the company is hiring consultants. Wonder what their hourly rates is, what hotel they stay at and how much they get to expense for meals?

What does the union have to say about all this? "crickets"

This place is like a chicken running around with its head cut off. Think they are getting ready to just throw in the towel?

Question, what do you expect the new CEO to do when he inherited such a large pile of crap? We are not going to go bankrupt, just don't expect any growth for awhile

Agreed; he's just bored and feels like complaining.

Let's be clear here: Mesaba and Mesaba's union are calling the shots in this integration. The clusterf*ck of a multi-class bid that was supposed to save the company a fortune... did exactly the opposite.

XJ's mentality of overly-complicated, strict rule following has left this company crippled during a time that being nimble and adaptable is critical.
