9E Holiday Parties CX'd... whats next Bonuses

I couldnt help but to read that our holiday parties are being cancelled because, "When you are operating at a loss, every dollar counts".
So, does that mean that we are going to cancel the bonuses too?!?!

The pay raise is contractual. I think he is talking about corporate bonuses.
