If anyone else is interviewing on the 28th and wants to get together the night before at the candlewood or nearby to review/study let me know. I get in around noonish on the 27th.

I would suggest to get together, converse and make friends. This will go further than trying to cram last minute stuff.

Relax. Go have a burger at the place across the street. Go try the Asian Sports Bar next to that. If you don't know it by the night before the interview, you don't know it.

Ya thats probably good advice. I feel as if I have done absolutely everything that I can do to prepare, but reviewing at the last minute I think would help me sleep that night or at the very least just relax. Thanks. If there is anyone that is going to be there let me know. Beer and burgers may be just as good as reviewing.

Make sure you just remember that they REALLY want to hire you if you have been offered an interview. Check, double-check and re-check your paperwork. Most of the people that don't get hired usually screwed up something stupid. The HR part is just a casual conversation and the technical part is not a checkride. Enjoy the day though and good luck!!!
Thanks very much. I am so insanely nervous for the day really. I have been studying probably more than I need to and have checked and re-checked my paperwork several times. I don't know how much I will, "enjoy the day" unless it goes well at the end of the day but I will try as I am sure I will remember it for a long time. I am just looking forward to being able to sleep at night without worrying that I am forgetting something stupid. I keep telling myself they are just looking to weed out the people that haven't made the effort to prepare the way that I have. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the info.

I don't know how experienced you are in aviation, but all of those bolded parts above can be signs of some serious stress related issues that could have a part in sinking those dreams you have even though you are perfectly prepared. I mean you could be exaggerating here, or the standard of reading thoughts and feelings over the internet is just as bad as it always is, but this sounds like some serious 'checkrideitis' in the interview stage.
The best advice I have heard thus far on this thread was the response to your initial post inquiring about a study group the night before the interview when the poster said get to know some people, have a good dinner, pass around some experience, if others have already had an interview experience (and this is your first) then listen and maybe you'll pick up a hidden gem (or not). Eventually, go to bed and get a REAL good nights sleep, get up early enough in the morning to eat breakfast (even if you are not that big of a morning breakfast type of guy), and get ready in plenty of time so that you aren't feeling rushed as you hurry out the door to catch the van to the interview and already feeling rushed. Three deep breaths.
Just remember that the interview process is just the first step. If you get this job, you will have all the same pressures for tests, orals, sim evals, IOE, line checks, heck even medicals, for MANY years to come.
Good luck and I'm hoping you'll come back after the experience and share a detailed account of it for the next Chrisw that is waiting in the wings.

RELAX. RELAX. If you are overly nervous that will show through during the process. If you are a runner or some other physical activity, try doing that to help calm yourself. I understand the nervousness but you have to get it under control. Good luck, let us know how it goes.
