Eagle Training?

Hi, Lets get some pilots at Eagle to write about their training experiences. I have heard that training at Eagle is pretty good. Let's here from everyone including new hires.
Lets be serious. Some training at regionals is terrible. Others is good. Lets go.

Eagle is bankrupt and furloughing. I don't think their training program is going to be of much interest to anyone for a few years (maybe a lot of years)

Eagle is about to loose up to 200 airplanes and your asking about training. Do you live under a rock?

What is your source for the numbers (loose up to 200 airframes). I am assuming you are going by the divestiture Form 10, and if that is the case please refrain from posting information like this. Stick to the facts, stop playing Monday morning quarterback. No one knows what is going to happen, the company has an idea and plan but they are still negotiating the leases. We k ow that older airplanes at AA will be parked and that AMR wants to expediate the delivery of new aircraft, we also know that they will receive around 50 737 on 2012 and these are not part of the big aircraft order. Other than that we don't know so please stop spreading rumors.

I think the brah is just asking what training is like...

Like an internal review....just for S and Gs

So Eagle went from hiring as many as 500 pilots in 2012 to now losing 200 out of 289 planes? That makes sense. In other words, they would go from a pilot group of 3200 to a group of around 1200. Sure.

AMR's bankruptcy has been baked in the cake for months. Everyone knew it was coming as indicated by the large number of pilots who retired at AA in order to lock in their pensions. I'm not saying there's nothing to worry about, but the idea Eagle would be downsized by 70% is not likely.

Well considering they announced the DFW ATRs are being parked forsure and SJU and MIA will fly for the "near future", I would say its not ulikely...

Ever heard of Eastern, Pan Am, or more recently, Comair? Anything and everything is possible regardless of the of size of an organization.

Honest question, why did you post that? I am not trying to start a fight, but that seems like a reeeeeally poorly timed question, because as far as I know new hire training is done, probably for a while....but I might be missing the bigger picture of your meaning.
