Default 121 airlines using parts of 135 new rest rule

I was wondering how the new rules will affect the airlines who operate on the 135 times but are a 121 airline? I.E. Be1900 you can fly 1200 hrs a year or 120 a month but still have 121 rules as well. Can anyone shed some light on this

I think that Skywest has a waiver for their 120s to be operated under 135 flight time limitations. The new reg would take precedence unless these operators can get a new waiver.

SkyWest put the EMB-120 crews on Part 121 times a year or so ago.
