A Cut Above is a heavy duty shirt (heavy material). Don't expect anything lightweight. Bad for the summer, but they do last a long time....
I use their tapered 2G style in the winter which is a little thicker and their Stratus style in the summer which is nice and light weight. |

No way. They have 5 different material styles/blends of shirts. Some of which are very thin. Thin enough you will show your "pinkish hue" if you dont have the undershirt on.

So how thick is the 2G that is the style I am interested in can you give me an idea compared to a typical dress shirt? I read one review that says it really needs to be pressed its so thick do you think that is true? Thanks for all the help i really appreciate the info. |

All shirts need to be pressed. So I may be the wrong person to give advice on that one, I cant imagine taking any shirt out of a dryer, popping some bars on it and heading to the airport. The both iron well and the more you starch them up, obviously the crisper they become. |
Try Cintas. Dry clean w/ heavy starch and razor sharp military creases. You will thank me. Comfortable, durable and affordable. Steam in your hotel shower, they will look as good on day 3 as they did when you started the trip. Cheers h

Yea I know...my friends at Ups get theirs for free every year. One guy lost his medical and gave me a 1/2 dozen to try. Take a look see...you might be pleased w/ the outcome.

Cintas shirts fit like a Muumuu and are thin as a handkerchief.

Go to the mall, outlet mall, brooks brothers, or lands end and try on a few business shirts on sale. Take them to a tailor, pay $10-20 and have them chop the sleeves off and make epaulet straps out of the material.
