No way. They have 5 different material styles/blends of shirts. Some of which are very thin. Thin enough you will show your "pinkish hue" if you dont have the undershirt on.

I use their tapered 2G style in the winter which is a little thicker and their Stratus style in the summer which is nice and light weight.

So how thick is the 2G that is the style I am interested in can you give me an idea compared to a typical dress shirt? I read one review that says it really needs to be pressed its so thick do you think that is true? Thanks for all the help i really appreciate the info.

Thanks for the clarification. I've stuck with the one shirt. I can't recall which style. I think the cheapest one. Ha. It still remains that they are a heavy duty shirt that has good durability. I don't own an iron so the wrinkle free is definitely a bonus.

I would say the 2G is still thin enough you can see your hand move behind it but it is not as thin as a common light white dress shirt that you would wear with a suit. I prefer the Stratus over the rest, it is very light and comfortable.

All shirts need to be pressed. So I may be the wrong person to give advice on that one, I cant imagine taking any shirt out of a dryer, popping some bars on it and heading to the airport. The both iron well and the more you starch them up, obviously the crisper they become.

Try Cintas. Dry clean w/ heavy starch and razor sharp military creases. You will thank me. Comfortable, durable and affordable. Steam in your hotel shower, they will look as good on day 3 as they did when you started the trip. Cheers h

Does this mean you rent/lease a uniform shirt? What is the fit like and the cost?

Yea I know...my friends at Ups get theirs for free every year. One guy lost his medical and gave me a 1/2 dozen to try. Take a look see...you might be pleased w/ the outcome.

Cintas shirts fit like a Muumuu and are thin as a handkerchief.

shirts

Go to the mall, outlet mall, brooks brothers, or lands end and try on a few business shirts on sale. Take them to a tailor, pay $10-20 and have them chop the sleeves off and make epaulet straps out of the material.
