Up to 51% now. Evidently investor confidence is high that we will avoid bankruptcy. (Not saying we will)

Rumor is they brought Chuck C back to recruit and hire FAs and the uniform change is back to the old SWA outfits! Finally, someone gets it beside Branson! Who would you rather be delayed with? Tundra sows or 20 something's recruited straight from Victoria's Secret in the mall? ;)

Strong rumor is Will Shatner is coming on board to negotiate with all of the "stake holders"

Complete conjecture here, but it seems that the longer we go without bankruptcy the less likely it is actually going to occur?

No idea but I'm holding out for spring, seems as if we can get there things should smooth over.

It's because we stopped using our APUs.

Could be that Bombardier's Financing Arm has agreed to allow us to defer payments which shores up liquidity for the next 3 months. Could be these investors think they wouldn't do this unless they've seen something to make the bankers think they'll get a good return out of this. Could be they've got some orders in exchange for giving us a break. Doubt it would be more 900s as those are scoped out. Could be we've cut a deal with UA on the Q that will allow us to make money on them and replace Saabs with Q400s and Bombardier is helping us out because they know we are about to order more aircraft.
