As of a few months ago they are strict on 100 multi, called HR myself to ask about an internal rec for someone who only had 20 hours of it.

What's the latest with hiring plans? I understand there are still some interviews scheduled with classes through June. Since the hiring appears to be purely for attrition, was there a number they had in mind or are they going to indefinitely hire.
I wonder if they will follow the path of SkyWest recently and over hire, leaving those at the bottom stuck for some time on RSV with little todo. |

We seem to be short of FO's at this time though.

I received a junior man call last month and I've been here almost 6 years (as an FO.) I have heard the reason for our almost non-existent upgrades is due to the low staffing of FO's. I'm not sure how minimal captain staffing is right now, but I'm thinking the upgrades are going to come fast and furious once it starts.
