I bought logten pro for the IPad to digitize my logbooks. I got about 30 hours logged and closed the app. When I opened it later all my info was gone! Anyone else have this happen? I've emailed support but no response yet.
I'm hesitant to start over. I've got 8000 hours to log and don't want to invest any more time if it's going to erase everytime I close out.

Ok maybe this is a dumb question, but how do I save it on the iPad? There's no save button that I can see. The only thing close that I've found is the lock feature

I've never had an issue and it's probably saved somewhere ie. iCloud. They'll get back to you and fix it if there's any problems. Check the forum circuit on their website. Stick with it and you'll be amazed on what you can do with it.

I have never had a problem with it.... I have been using it now for about 6 months and have never lost any data.... Maybe add 3 or 4 flights and close out... then go back in and see if it does it again... if not you are good... If it does, you should email tech support....

I had logbook pro on my PC and loved it! When I made the switch to a Macbook, I bought Logten Pro version 4. Got suckered into buying LTP version 5 when I couldn't sync my laptop to iphone. When version 6 for iphone was offered as a free update, I figured it would be the same for LTP version 5 on my laptop.
WRONG! Holy smokes, another $99 so I have the ability to sync with my iphone! I feel completely suckered. Didn't have the street smarts to ignore a free update to my iphone app.
Really miss logbook pro.

I find it really annoying that you have to email and wait 48 hours for maybe and email back when a phone conversation could save a lot of frustration and confusion.
Solo email supports sucks no matter what the product.

I have never had to deal with Logten customer support, but I have heard from several that did, that they are very good at getting back to you.
